Steve is the President of SPCS Inc., a class B general contractor serving community associations and property managers since 1993. A husband, father of three, with three grandchildren, Steve has been a serial entrepreneur since shoveling snow and running paper routes as a kid. Born and raised in the Dakotas, he moved to Colorado in 1984, where he met his wife of 27 years, Theresa.
Steve’s leadership philosophy on growing a thriving company is tied directly to the quality and level of customer care his team provides. This requires hiring staff of high character, providing a quality work environment and delivering clear objectives. He empowers each member of his team to become the best version of themselves, aligned with their faith.
Steve has read hundreds of books on business, management, sales, psychology, marketing, construction, and life. He invests a great deal of time raising up humanity and the industry by continuously researching new products and methods for HOAs, contracting, safety, mobile workforce management and best business practices. He loves to mentor and encourage others, and regularly works with men’s groups to encourage them to take greater responsibility for their lives and families.
Steve is a visionary within the industry and has begun transforming the way clients and customers engage and interact with a contractor. Here are some examples of these innovative initiatives that will soon become best practices within this space:

Steve serves on the board of directors for Useful Systems, and is currently in the middle of developing a new start up.

Theresa has been with SPCS for 15 years in various capacities and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Her main focus is to oversee and manage the financial aspects of the business to allow the Management team the opportunity to engage with customers, employees and business partners’ needs at the highest possible level.

Noah is the Vice President of SPCS, Inc., a company that prides itself in in taking on each customer situation as its own. They strive to complete each and every project professionally to achieve the best possible customer experience.
With over 20 years of construction experience, Noah brings clarity and coaching on construction/customer situations that SPCS is tasked with. By helping to train and simplify processes within the company, the SPCS team has seen a loyal customer base for over 22 years. By providing live time updates and constant communication, SPCS has proven to be a reliable, professional and valuable resource for its customers.

With a background and education in Information Systems, Steve has over 30 years of senior management experience in a variety of industries including telecommunications, manufacturing and finance.
Located in Aurora, Colorado he is a family man with his wife of 22 years and has two sons, aged 18 and 19. They are an active family skiing, hiking, biking in the Colorado mountains and kept quite busy with their sons activities including karate and other sports.
