PresidentSteve is the President of SPCS Inc., a class B general contractor serving community associations and property managers since 1993. A husband, father of three, with three grandchildren, Steve has been a serial entrepreneur since shoveling snow and running paper routes as a kid. Born and raised in the Dakotas, he moved to Colorado in 1984, where he met his wife of 27 years, Theresa.Steve’s leadership philosophy on growing a thriving company is tied directly to the quality and level of customer care his team provides. This requires hiring staff of high character, providing a quality work environment and delivering clear objectives. He empowers each member of his team to become the best version of themselves, aligned with their faith.
