Our service
to Community Associations began in 1993 when one Property Manager asked
us to look into some problems on a couple of her communities. SPCS Inc.
has grown fast because we immediately found a huge need for a reliable
contractor that Community Managers could trust when working on their
properties. We found that communities desperately needed a contractor
with integrity, one that would simply go out and solve the problem fairly,
honestly and correctly.
We also
found that each Community has its own unique needs and parameters on
handling various maintenance and repair issues. Getting to know your
communities' protocols as well as your buildings, how they are constructed,
common problems and the right materials and corrections to make is imperative.
We know
