SPCS
Inc. is licensed and insured.
We carry
a 2 million dollar general liability policy; all of our employees are
covered by workers compensation and we carry an automobile liability.
SPCS Inc. can also obtain performance bonds as needed for larger projects.
When pulling
building permits, most of the townhouse and condominium
communities are considered "commercial" by the building codes,
therefore
SPCS Inc. is a "Class B" or commercial contractor in most
communities which
allows us to pull building permits on individual residential properties
as well
as town houses and condominiums.
Fences
fall under zoning departments, therefore, where required,
SPCS Inc. is a licensed fence contractor as well.
