Inc. making your job easier is our focus. Our commitment is to do such
a good job in serving you and your communities that we literally cut
down on the number of phone calls you need to handle. Because we are
quick to respond to your requests, we keep you informed with status
reports and excellent follow up; and we keep the homeowners informed
of when the work will be scheduled and when the work is complete. Keeping
you in the know reduces phone calls from homeowners and the annoying
game of phone tag that occurs when you don't know.
There
are other ways we work to make your job easier:
Custom
reports: We can have reports on projects and conditions ready for board
meetings. We can provide you with detailed interaction reports on work
order for those "problem" homeowners. Also available are history
reports and spreadsheets for work orders and maintenance programs on
a month-to month basis, or quarter to quarter, etc.
Special
Presentations at Association Board Meetings, Special Meetings and Annual
Meetings are available. We are happy to come to your meetings to present
proposals, inspection reports and recommendations. We will present maintenance
reports or bring in product sample and special presentations.
We are
also happy to meet onsite for walkthroughs and inspections with you
and your boards of directors.
Maintenance
programs are also available to help your communities be more efficient
and reduce costs.
