JUST WHAT IS A WORK ORDER?
Small repairs under $500. SPCS Inc. will send out a qualified technician to handle just about any small work request you have to perform the work on a time plus materials basis. This is so much more effective than you having to meet three contactors on site to take 3 bids for small maintenance and repair items. Frankly, to solicit bids on such small repairs, just drives the cost up, because let's face it, it takes time and costs money for bids, and so many times on small repairs by the time you get out there, we might have been able to do the work. Our technicians are trained not to start the work if it looks like it will go over $500. We can agree on a custom not-to-exceed dollar amount for your properties.
