What Does Specialist Mean & Why Do You Need One?
The team at SPCS works very diligently to ensure we meet your construction services needs; every day…in as many ways as possible.
For example, SPCS provides work order services our customers count on to address their smaller project needs, such as siding repairs, deck reconstruction/rebuilds, drywall repair, and other building maintenance. Our Work Order Team has earned a reputation as the go-to provider for our customers in their work order needs.
We also offer capital improvement services with a team of qualified project managers, experienced in the intricacies of large project management. They provide the expertise to understand, evaluate and bid proposed projects. Through management oversight and successful closure of the project, SPCS’s Contracts Department Team delivers on the “reliability, communication & professionalism” you require on your larger capital improvement projects.
Another segment of the services we offer is our Specialty Services. These services go beyond the normal scope of our construction services. In fact, we often tell clients, (somewhat tongue in cheek), “We are such specialists that it’s almost spells our name SPCS. Add a couple vowels and consonants and you’re there.”
What is a Specialist and why would you need one? For our purposes here, a Specialist is defined as someone who brings a level of expertise in construction services beyond the norm. An understanding of the technical aspects of construction with the ability to communicate information on options available, with cost, schedule and off-setting options and potential liabilities information.
Our Specialty Services would include the following:
- Investigative work for large projects
- Owners representative duties to ensure your project meets the requirements of schedule, budget and quality
- Consulting in construction materials and assemblies
SPCS has both the ability as well as the capacity to provide you with the services of a Specialist when needed.
Daily, the team at SPCS strives to meet our customer’s needs at a variety of levels in construction services. The same focus on quality that the company was founded on in 1993 continues through all levels of the company today… over 20 years later.
From your maintenance contracts, snow removal and work orders, through your large contracts and capital improvements, and up to your consulting, inspection and owners representative needs, you can count on SPCS to meet your construction services needs.
