DRY CREEK TOWNHOMES
Dry Creek Townhomes utilized the skills and expertise of SPCS, Inc. to help them manage, coordinate, budget, engineer and complete a large-scale capital improvement project that extended over a five-year period. Starting in 2009, each of the existing second-story cantilevered decks were removed and replaced. The property, reaching the thirty-year old mark, was overdue in replacing the decks, which helped improve the aesthetics as well as the safety of the property for their community and homeowners.
